Spring Has sprung

The Lewis clan has been outside as much as possible lately.

The weather is STUNNING and I am obsessed with trying to live more of my life outside getting my daily dose of vitamin D and fresh air.

We planted our spring herbs, bought some outdoor furniture and a new outdoor dining table, and we built a Fire-pit!!

Check it out..we still have a TON to do outside but I am making baby steps!

I bought THIS bench on sale and had some striped back cushions made

Then I had some cushions made for these IKEA chairs…cheap and adorable!

We bought an unbrella from Target which was on sale! Woohoo!

I am taking the big ugly redwood planters out and replacing them with pots and succulents….see below

Then the duck and I planted a little herb garden and my fave part about it are the funky mexican style pots from Home Depot!

I also repurposed an old beverage/ice bin for a new planter to grow our Thai Chilis

And then the best thing, the duck built an outdoor fireplace

which we sit at all the time and get fat eating s’mores galore!

I cant wait to do more landscaping and adding to the firepit area with some funky chairs chairs and gravel….eventually it will look a little something like this!

  2. Hello Amber,

I was just wondering your fabric source for the stripe outdoor pillows and cushions. I love black and white stripes, but you always see the thicker b/w stripe. Would you pretty please provide your fabric source?
