Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience

Reports to: Director of People Success

Job Type: Full-time, on-site at Calabasas HQ, with travel in the Los Angeles area for errands as needed.

About the Role: The Executive Personal Assistant provides seamless support to the Executive Team, blending professional executive assistance with personal, lifestyle, and household management. This hybrid role ensures day-to-day operations for both work and personal life run smoothly, helping executives stay organized, focused, and supported at every level.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities with discretion, and help executives maintain both productivity and balance.

Key Responsibilities: 

Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars with efficiency, prioritizing meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate professional travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and dining.
  • Handle confidential communications and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage logistical and administrative details.
  • Act as a liaison across internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage corporate gifting, including sourcing, coordinating, and sending gifts for clients, partners, and key relationships.

Personal and Lifestyle Support

  • Coordinate personal appointments and manage day-to-day admin, including mail, returns, travel documents, and online accounts as needed.
  • Source gifts, run errands, and handle light shopping.
  • Plan occasional dinners, gatherings, and home-hosted events as needed.
  • Plan family travel, dining, and experiences.

Household & Property Oversight

  • Oversee home vendors (cleaners, handymen, gardeners, contractors) and coordinate maintenance and repairs across properties as needed.
  • Oversee vehicle logistics (maintenance, registration, detailing) as needed.

Additional Support

  • Provide occasional support to the broader leadership team as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and priorities in support of the Executive Team.

Job Title: Jr. Designer, FF&E

Supervisor: Sr. Designer, FF&E

Position Overview: The Jr. Designer of FF&E is responsible for assisting in selecting and managing furniture, lighting, and fabric elements for various projects. This entry-level role involves supporting the FF&E Design Team in ensuring that selected pieces align with the overall design vision and meet the client’s functional and aesthetic needs. The Jr. Designer will work closely with the Sr. and Project Designers, the Technical Team, and the Procurement Team to successfully implement FF&E elements from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Selections:

  • Assist in the selection process for furniture, lighting, and fabrics, ensuring they align with the project’s design direction and client requirements.
  • Assist in visiting vendors and showrooms to collect samples and review material options.
  • Collaborate with the design team to support the development of furniture layouts and customization details.
  • Provide input to ensure selections meet essential functional and aesthetic criteria, with guidance from the Sr. Designers.
  • Aid in preparing presentations related to FF&E, including lighting, window treatments, rugs, and accessories, and organize schedules and binders for handoff to the procurement team.
  • Assist with organizing materials for handoff to the Procurement Department and the Technical Department.
  • Participate in internal review meetings, incorporating feedback and assisting with revisions.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Support the Designers in maintaining relationships with vendors for furniture, lighting, and drapery.
  • Assist in reviewing design details, finishes, and customizations during the production process.
  • Help ensure final products meet design expectations, making minor adjustments as directed.

Installation:

  • Provide on-site support while installing furniture and custom items, ensuring placement aligns with the design plan.
  • Assist the visuals team with final touches to ensure the project is ready for client move-in.
  • Participate in the final review of installations, helping to confirm that all elements meet expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in FF&E design, with some exposure to residential or commercial projects.
  • Basic understanding of furniture layout, custom design, and finishes.
  • Ability to support the development and maintenance of relationships with vendors.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational skills and the ability to assist in managing projects.
  • Being able to travel day by day is a must.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and vendors as needed.
  • Capable of assisting with the physical aspects of on-site installations.

Job Title: Director of Design

Supervisor: Owner & Principal Designer

Job TYPE: This is a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week in the office to facilitate collaboration and partnership across teams.

About the Role: The Director of Design oversees the firm’s design output across all projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This role is pivotal in translating the Principal Designer’s vision into actionable plans, managing the design team’s workflow, and ensuring projects meet deadlines while exceeding client expectations.

The Director of Design leads the three main design departments, FF&E, Construction, and Technical, with a dotted line to Procurement (reporting to the Director of Design Operations). This role ensures internal processes are efficient, designs are accurate, and creative directives are effectively implemented across all project phases.

This role collaborates closely with the Principal Designer on both macro and micro-level design decisions while managing day-to-day client communications and ensuring expectations are aligned with project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: 

  • Lead and manage the FF&E, Construction, and Technical teams, ensuring efficient workflow, proper resource allocation, and accountability.
  • Provide redline reviews, quality checks, and process guidance to ensure high standards across all departments.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging creativity, professional growth, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain a dotted-line relationship with Design Ops and Procurement to ensure FF&E sourcing and vendor processes align with design execution.

FF&E Leadership: 

  • Provide leadership and oversight for FF&E processes, including sourcing strategy, vendor relationships, and budget alignment, ensuring the design team operates efficiently.
  • Guide the design team on FF&E selections, schedules, and creative direction.
  • Collaborate with Procurement (reporting to the Director of Design Operations) to ensure that purchasing and vendor execution align with design intent.

Construction & TechnicalLeadership:

  • Oversee redlines, submittals, and construction documentation.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure design intent is properly executed.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables within the Construction department.
  • Review technical drawings for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
  • Implement QA/QC processes to maintain high technical standards.
  • Ensure the team follows consistent processes across all projects.

Strategic Planning:

  • Partner with the Principal Designer on macro and micro design directives for each project.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and innovation within the design departments.
  • Participate in client pitches and presentations to support business development initiatives.

Client Relations: 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication.
  • Manage client expectations, address feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Designer to ensure overall tone and direction of client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior design experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership/management role.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-department design teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across diverse project types.
  • Experience managing complex client relationships and project execution.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and vendors, and assist with physical on-site installations.

Job Location: This is a hybrid role, with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week in the office to facilitate collaboration and partnership across teams. Occasional travel as required for partner meetings or markets.

About this role: The Senior Manager of Collaboration Design and Product Development serves as the creative owner of collaboration-based product development, translating approved partnerships into fully developed, market-ready collections.

While the Sr. Director of Partnerships & PR leads external relationship management and partnership negotiations, this role owns the creative direction, structured development pipeline, and execution readiness for all partnership-based and licensed product initiatives.

This position serves as the primary creative authority for collaboration products, ensuring every collection reflects the company’s design POV, category strategy, and long-term vision,  from concept development through sampling and production readiness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership for Collaboration Product

  • Lead the creative development of all partnership-based and licensed product initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary creative owner for collaboration product direction.
  • Translate approved collaborations into fully developed product concepts aligned with brand POV.
  • Define and present opens for silhouettes, categories, materials, and overall design direction for each collection.

What You Bring: 

  • 8+ years of experience in product development, brand collaborations, licensing, or strategic partnerships within interiors, design, furniture, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong understanding of how products are created, including: Silhouettes, Categories, Materials, Sampling processes, and Development timelines.
  • Experience building structured creative systems or managing multi-stage product pipelines.
  • Proven ability to translate creative vision into developed, executable concepts.
  • Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and deep appreciation for design.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
